Our sausages are hand made the same way Peter did as an apprentice over 40 years ago. Using ONLY 100% fresh quality meat & natural hog casings. Also making Hamburger Patties & Salami. Our sausages are: * NOT machine made. * NOT made using artificial Collagen casings. * NOT filled with excessive fat. * NOT filled with sub standard meat. * NOT filled with artificial fillers.
