A little about me, Peter Benny. After winning apprentice of the year in 1982, I have been a qualified butcher for over 35 years. A career spent working in butchers, freezing works, export venison plant, owning/operating retail fish shops and managing retail butcher shops has given me the skills and passion to enable me to deliver a personalised processing service for your well cared for and valued animals.
As an experienced hunter and fisherman, a 24/7 secure, hygienic drop off chiller is a must and an important service I cater for.
