A little about me, Peter Benny:
I won Butchers Apprentice of the Year in 1982, and have since gone on to be a qualified butcher for more than 35 years. It's been a career spent working in butchers, freezing works, export venison plants.
Additionally, I've owned/operated multiple retail fish shops and managed a number of retail butcher shops.
This has given me the skills and passion to enable me to deliver a personalised processing service for you and your valued animals.
As an experienced hunter and fisherman - a secure and hygienic 24/7 drop off chiller is a must, and an important service I cater for.
