Conveniently located between Rangiora and Woodend, our brand new factory (with ample chiller space) has been specifically designed to above MPI and Export specifications. Our facilities and modern high quality equipment enable homekill processing to be undertaken in the most hygienic environment. A little about me, Peter Benny: I won Butchers Apprentice of the Year in 1982, and have since gone on to be a qualified butcher for more than 35 years. It's been a career spent working in butchers, freezing works, export venison plants. Additionally, I've owned/operated multiple retail fish shops and managed a number of retail butcher shops. This has given me the skills and passion to enable me to deliver a personalised processing service for you and your valued animals. As an experienced hunter and fisherman - a secure and hygienic 24/7 drop off chiller is a must, and an important service I cater for. I welcome you to drop by to inspect and discuss your requirements.
